On-site installation of bearings can be carried out according to the following steps:
1. Preparations: Clean the bearing seat and shaft to ensure that the surface is free of impurities and rust, and check whether the bearing seat and shaft match.
2. Installation: Contact the inner ring of the bearing with the shaft shoulder to ensure that the inner ring of the bearing is closely matched with the shoulder, and then tap the inner ring of the bearing evenly with a hand hammer to knock the bearing into the bearing seat.
3. Adjustment: After the bearing is installed, check whether the bearing is tilted or skewed. If necessary, make sure that the bearing is parallel to the axis.
4. Lubrication: add an appropriate amount of lubricant to ensure that the bearing can rotate smoothly.
