Types of Crossed cylindrical Roller bearing

This model is a compact type of model RB with extremely thin outer and inner rings. It is optimal for areas where the swiveling unit needs to be light and small.

For example ,the rotational part of industrial robots or manipulator.

(2)HRB series (outer ring division type with inner rotating)

This type is the basic type of crossed roller bearings. The outer rings have two parts, and the inner ring is one integer. The type is well applied to the situation which need

high rotation accuracy on inner ring. For example, it is suitable for the rotary part of the indexing table of the tools machine.

(3)HRE series (inner ring division type with outer rotating)

The size is the same with that of RB series. The inner rings have two parts, and the outer ring is one Integral. The type is well apply to the situation which need high rotation accuracy on outer ring.

(4)HRU series(Integrated Inner/Outer Ring type)

Since the mounting holes are provided, the model does not require a presser flange or housing. In addition, because it has an integrated inner/outer ring structure and is

equipped with washers, its performance is minimally affected by the mounting procedure, ensuring stable rotation accuracy and torque.

(5)HCRBH series（Integrated Inner/Outer Ring type）

This model is a compact type of model RU with extremely thin outer and inner rings without mounting holes are provided, the model require a presser flange or housing.

In addition, because it has an integrated inner/outer ring structure and is equipped with washers, its performance is minimally affected by the mounting procedure,

ensuring stable rotation accuracy and torque. This model can be used for both inner-ring rotation and outer-ring rotation and the requirement of miniaturized dimension.

(6)HSX series(outer ring division type with inner rotating, thin section)

This type has smaller section than RB series. Due to the extremely thin structure, there is no mounting holes on the outer ring and the inner ring, so the model requires a presser flange or housing.
