The inner diameter range from 1.000" to 40.000" and the sectional dimension range from 0.1875" × 0.1875" to 1.000" × 1.000"
Include Radial contact (type C), Angular contact (type A) and Four-point contact (type X).
Application: Industrial robots, harmonic reducers, stepping motors, medical equipment, office equipment, testing instruments, speed change devices, optics, imaging equipment, rotary encoders and other industries.
2. Tapered roller bearings
A wide range of designs to choose including single-row, double-row and four-row with more than 150 different models in both inch and metric sizes.
Application: Automotive front wheels, rear wheels, transmissions, differentials, pinion shafts, machine tool spindles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, railway vehicle gear reduction units, rolling mills, etc.
3. Cylindrical roller bearings
Including single row , double row , four row cylindrical roller bearing and full complement cylindrical roller bearings. Was widely used in large and medium-size motors, rolling stock equipment, machine tool spindle, internal combustion engine, generator, gas turbine, gear box, rolling mill machine, vibrating screen and lifting machinery etc.
4. Slewing bearings
There are various structures of slewing ring bearings, such as four point contact ball slewing bearing, double row angular contact ball slewing bearings, crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearings, crossed tapered roller bearings and three row cylindrical roller slewing bearings, with gears or no gears.
Slewing ring bearings are widely used in cranes, excavation machines, construction machinery, port cargo handling machinery, large turnplates of high precision radars and missile launchers, etc.
5. Ball bearings(Spindle Bearings)
The Spindle bearings produced by CHG can be divided into 4 series: 618 series、619 series、718 series、719 series. With the inner diameter range from 100mm to 950mm, and the precision is divided into P6, P5, P4 and P2. The bearings are available in open and sealed versions.
Spindle bearings have restricted tolerances. They are particularly suitable for bearing with very high requirements for guidance accuracy and speed capacity. They have proved highly suitable for the bearing of spindles in machine tools.
6. Cross roller bearings
The company has developed high-accuracy, high-performance, high-quality cross roller bearings used on industrial robots. The company can produce RA, RB, RE, RU, CRB/CRBC, CRBH, SX, XSU, XU series of cross cylindrical roller bearings and XR, JXR series of cross tapered roller bearings with the accuracy of Grade P2.
7. Thrust bearings
Include the thrust roller bearing and thrust ball bearing.
Mainly used in oil drilling rigs, iron and steel machinery, hydraulic generators, vertical motors, propeller shafts for ships, tower cranes, extrusion machines, etc.
8. Spherical bearings
Spherical roller bearings are primarily used in such application as rolling mills, paper making machines,power-driven gears, shipping and so on.
9. Rollers(Rolling element)
CHG specializes in producing large high-end GB/T4661-2002 cylindrical rollers and JB/T10235-2001 tapered rollers and spherical rollers for various bearing parts.
CHG can customize various types and sizes of high-end large rollers according to your needs. The processing range: Ф20-Ф120. According to the requirements of national standards, the roller diameter tolerance is 0.005mm, the length tolerance is 0.02mm, and the surface roughness is Ra0.25. After super precision, <Ra0.05 , It can reach the roller accuracy of grade I, grade II and grade III, and can provide super finishing and convex roller processing.
