Intelligent upgrade of CHG equipments

The company has successively carried out CNC transformation and purchase of the processing equipment of the roller workshop, from CNC lathes, centerless grinding machines to sorting machines, and upgraded the large vertical lathes in the lathe workshop. Cylindrical grinding, cylindrical grinding, and ultra-precision machines were purchased, and emulsion water treatment equipment was installed, especially the heat treatment workshop, which invested heavily in technological transformation.
The implementation of these projects has laid the foundation for the company's intelligent upgrade in 2021 and later, and laid the foundation for the company's future three major products (thin-wall bearings, rolling mill bearings and high-end rollers) to improve the quality.
