Recently, the equipment of the heat treatment production line upgraded and transformed by Luoyang Huigong Bearing has arrived at the factory one after another, and is being installed and debugged, and is about to enter the production stage.
The two newly added heat treatment production lines are the carburizing and quenching production line of bearing roller pusher furnace and the secondary quenching production line of bearing roller roller hearth furnace. Quenching, quenching and tempering, annealing, or austenite heating, salt bath quenching, and low-temperature tempering of high-carbon chromium bearing steel; the entire production line is automated, unmanned, and the entire process is Intelligent and visualized operation.
The successful commissioning of the two new heat treatment production lines will provide a greater guarantee for the quality of bearings and rollers, and at the same time will further enhance the influence of the CHG brand in the market.
